Could this be a financially worthwhile endeavor?

I think adding value to an experienced syndicator is a worthwhile pursuit.  

When I bought it the po had installed a nasty loud flowmaster w/ the dual pipes hanging under the standard bumper so it gave me an excuse to redo it w/ a factory muffler and factory dual bumper... worthwhile cosmetic upgrade and now its quiet too.

That sounds like throwing the baby out with the bathwater - no pun intended.Doesnt the govt under the new health plan guidelines (ObamaCare) get to decide if someone is too old to make it worth while to have surgery?

I am looking at a 2F for 60K that presumably can rent for 750 each unit in Amsterdam NY - taxes are about 4K/year, separate everything and 2 car garge -sound worthwhile ?

I was curious if anyone has gotten a mortgage with a builder to develop a property and if they were able to make the extra work of development worthwhile? 

I would say most folks would agree that going to Top-14 law school is still a worthwhile experience.

Distributions from Roth accounts on the other hand do not increase the amount of taxes on your social security benefits.So it may be worthwhile to contribute to the Roth (or Roth Solo K) and even doing some conversions to a Roth IRA.
