I am with you though, I wouldn't want to manage triple digit single family homes!   

Guess we need to figure out what the property is in question.Tons of different type of modularBOCA, panel, singles, double triples, manufactured, everyone calls them something different and they all have different construction and design features.   

I do keep in touch with my soi and use a triple line dialer to circle prospect which turn into seller leads.
