Of course, then you have to install a gas line (Hard to do if you're on a slab), and trim the thing out, and worry with it, and... blah blah blah.

Doors are cheap....check out habitat for humanity re-store, the one here has tons of hardwood raised panel doors and you can trim many of them out to size.

However....when more inventory comes on market,,,,,other sellers may think....Ooh, Jack and Jill sold there's for $1.1 Million 2 months ago and they were asking $1.05 Million.....let's list ours for $1.15 Million because surely the market will have gone up since then and besides our garage looks better than theirs as does the white trim around our brass railings....I've seen it happen time and again when it comes t supply and demand. :-)
