From your pictures it does seem like you used some kind of porch paint on the floor and other flooring has gaps that seem to be a bad installation.

I asked questions of the win-win buyer and after a little back and forth, it seemed like the buyer is just overpaying for the property to get owner financing. 

Once the urine is in there it seems to cause future pets to also "go"I am interested in the Reno area, I have been there many times, in public but did not notice a lot of dog owners , at least compared to Bay Area or central Oregon where dog ownership seems high.  

I have been looking online, but can't seem to find decent houses within the areas I have been searching in.
