Ideally:- A visual layout of the property with color coded units indicating the unit's status- list of rent roll including lease expiration dates, if month-to-month status, and any other notes- Auto generated vacancy rate, and auto generated cap rate property value based on projected income- Different tabs for multiple properties- Maybe extra features like local demographics, business saturation, comps, etc- Cloud computing access for multiple locations and users- Who is current or behind in rentI know it sounds like a lot and very specific.I have spent a lot of time googling and haven't found anything that matches this.

A few years ago short term rentals seem very viable however I would be careful of market saturation as now it is very trendy to buy a condo in tempe/scottsdale and do STR.Good luck,Stone

I know I have done the run up 4 times sold, got that whopper fat check TAX FREE  that is truly life changing.. you can use those funds to start business's ( which I have done) semi retire ( which I have done)..

Thank You everyone for the replies ,  I know it has become more competitive due to new York city conglomerates being interested in the Columbus Ohio market which is much better but I am also interested in Dayton as it  is less saturated

I find folks that use those services run the risk of not making any money as too many fees are built in up front.Keep in mind in your area competition is quite keen.. there are not fat hogs being made in those markets at the FCL sales
