{Un}fortunately, there are enough landlords in our area who think students should live in derelict homes and pay top dollar for the privilege, that we have little problem standing out.As example, here is a washroom we re-did in our rooming house 18-month ago:The tub has an acrylic 3-piece surround, while the floor is porcelain tile (scored a great price on ends) and the vanity is real wood (expresso finish) with a granite top.  

We started with this strategy in 2013 and nearly ten years later we have 13 properties in King County / Seattle and $15,000 / month of passive income profit - if you stick with it the results compound quickly!

I don't know the different types other than 4 types which are: no interest and no collateral paying the seller only annually, interest on the back end with no collateral, compound interest with no collateral, or compound interest and collateral.

I am not going to discourage you, but how you grow and really compound it all doesn't work with a 10 year plan.

Now it's time to get to work and have compounding interest benefit me!

I like to think of Warren Buffett as a Value Compounder. 

With lots of focused hard work and compounded massive action, there is no reason one can't succeed in RE.  

Consider taking $200,000 earning 6% in the stock market and compound that in Excel over 35 years.

things haven't been 50/50 since the 50smen are required to bend their backs over for women. you sound like a much much older man and you should be thankful. just to get a date with an average looking female in 2017, you better be at least 6'3, ripped, look like a calvin klein male model, and have a net worth of at least $1 billion. dont even get me started on whatcha need to do to get a moderately attractive one. seems like ordinary men in the younger generation have to bend their backs 180 degrees, climb mount everest, and win an olympic triathalon just for the PRIVILEGE of MAYBE being able to say HELLO to the woman's GRANDMA Lol..

Talk about a privileged mentality, like that is a struggle?
