I think my biggest concern for the area is given how much influence out-of-state money has on the market, and what would be my options to pivot when the time comes.  

Fiscal policy has a huge influence on the economy too.

This buys influence to protect their industry and the massive profits they rake in.

But I'd love to see a panel of experts in economics and real estate debate the influence of the current political atmosphere, the disbanding of Fannie and Freddy and what we should expect in the next 5 years, and of course the budding financial markets that are popping up such as Private Lending, and etc.

I would not let the BK aspect influence me (assuming everything else checks out).

Also, I don't think Adair park will be influenced much by Turner field area.

I would have to think that Bill wouldn't be able to talk with me on the deal because it will be a conflict of interest unless he has no affiliation/influence on the deal whatsoever with the underwriters, correct?
