Is this a scam?

I was not fraudulent nor did I scam her in anyway.

I also feel they like scams who keep sending emails...

This fine gentleman SCAMMED the seller into signing with a $20 EMD.

As you probably know, this is a scam, but one the law allows. 

It's not a scam, in this case. 

I got another on the other side screaming it's all a scam...... 

As soon as it stops working they’ll only be able to charge the newbs for the lists and they’ll have the least amount of money to be scammed out of. 

I was approached by Jeremy Gaston from trust funding giving unrealistic options for funding a property as also fees upfront before approval of loan I did my due diligence and found information he was not trust worthy or even considered a scam as a victim of a scam I plan to report trust funding to the FTC and also AG in Nevada where he registered the name Has anyone been scammed by trust funding or Jeremy Gaston thanks everyone and please be careful who you try to obtain funding  

It left a bad taste in my mouth that they tried to negotiate the rate down so they could pocket more of the 4K a month the employer is paying for their lodging....plus he's an insurance adjuster so I worry about him trying to pull some kind of "injury" scam while he is here.Applicant B: Long term.
