If I knew nothing about Oakland, a welcoming city with glorious one-of-a-kind history that produces some of the most unique and talented people (biased, of course), then based on this article, I would be led to believe that choosing this region (Stockton isn't near Oakland) is a reluctant settle.

I have been involved in mentoring and coaching in New zealand and a couple of other countries so I admit to being biased, but the real benefit in my opinion of any programme is helping you overcome fear and take action.

Biased opinion as my experience has all been in the Land of 10,000 Laws, but depending on where you are does 100+ year old electrical methods still qualify for typical lending and a rental certificate?
