Is there anyway to assure ahead of time that the tenants are not in arrears on any rent?  

No one looking over your shoulder, or an extra set of eyes to assure that you are staying within the federal guidelines and requirements.

Tenants need a swift kick in the rear sometimes to understand that you are serious about your job (which is growing and keeping your business safe) and those notices followed by someone (a repair man, handyman, yourself) stopping by to assure the appropriate remedy has been fulfilled.  

Although this isn't necessarily new "law", it is most assuredly a policy exemplar of what the Executive wants to happen. 

I can assure you that my framers did not take weeks to frame a home and it will be interesting to see just how long it takes on this home that we should dig footings on early next week.
