Pretty nice, it's not hard to get a 100k land that will be good for a duplex or even 150k for an acre that will accommodate for a triplex/quadplex, just divide the land and make the house.

Since hard money loans are fairly commonly used for BRRRR projects, I wonder why the BRRRR calculator doesn't seem to be set up to accommodate them?
