@Daniel LehmanI'm normally the guy saying "no car payments", so typically I would just be a voice in this choir.Whether you sell it really depends on what it takes to get out from under it and what you can replace it with.

There is that tone of voice, and the application is slowly put back in my wife's bag.

I totally read this in a Joey Tribbiani voice. 

In our houses and apartments, we manage the vacancy issue by using annual leases or an academic year lease (9-months at a higher monthly rate).  

If I get to the place where I am looking at this type of building I'll hav your voice in my head reminding me to think through the impact of the commercial space.

But now there are Virtual Assistants, Fiverr, phone systems that leave pitches straight to voice mail, e-signatures (e-signatures!)

I asked my agent friend if he knew that I was specializing in short sales now, and of course he voiced his concerns for my plight.  

Not to mention, the underwriter I was working with began raising his voice on the phone in a very unprofessional manner when I comforted him on issues that should have been resolved weeks prior.

I know this is an old post but wanted to add that a Google Voice account which is free is a great idea.

It's very helpful to have solo many POSITIVE voices and helpful suggestions to get it done only!
