I think calls are so rude in that there's an expectation the person must stop doing whatever they are doing (driving, eating, working, hanging out with their kids) to take my calls and vice versa.

Pretty much anything of value to your tenant will either cause a problem with the tenant and you for not doing anything, or end up setting a president and commit you to future problem solving of annoyances. 

For business card and marketing purposes I actually think it looks more impressive to have a business name and then list yourself as "Owner", "Principal", "Founder", "President", "CEO", "COO", etc.
