SC took the Boeing 787 plant from Washington and darn near snagged the whole company !!

Rockdale is a depressed blue-collar town that hasn't been able to rebound since the main employer (Alcoa) closed its plant there.

This build will require water line extension to my lot (currently a well) and a sewer treatment plant.

In furtherance of such obligation, TENANT AGREES TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING:1.To keep the Premises free from dirt and debris that can harbor mold;2.To inspect the Premises regularly for the indications and sources of indoor moisture;3.To immediately report to Landlord any discoloration evidenced on walls, floors, or ceiling and/or any water intrusion, such as plumbing leaks, drips or flooding;4.To not air dry wet clothes indoors;5.To always utilize stove hood vents when cooking items that may cause steam;6.When showering/bathing, to always utilize the bathroom fan and to notify Landlord of any nonworking fan;7.To water plants outdoors;8.To notify Landlord in writing of overflows from bathroom, kitchen or any other water source facilities, especially in cases where the overflow may have permeated walls, flooring or cabinets;9.TO IMMEDIATELY WIPE DOWN ANY WATER OR CONDENSATION THAT APPEARS AND/OR DEVELOPS ON ANY AREA OR ANY SURFACE;10.To clean upon first appearance, any mildew from condensation on window interiors, bathroom & kitchen walls, floor and/or ceilings.

They are having issues ramping up the staff as the plant becomes more and more operational.

As I mentioned earlier, I only "have to" incur $100k debt in my 1031 transaction, but a seed was planted that incurring additional debt can actually have a lot of benefits, including reduced tax liability.  

You can relaminate them in any color you want (or texture) and they turned out great.

Ensure that you put the adequate sub base in place and rent a tapper/soil compacter, form the pavement area, order the concrete from your local concrete plant and place it yourself.

I have a pretty good idea for textures and colors (he absolutely does not), so in the renovations we've done the only time we used an architect was to determine the size of a beam we needed because we took out a load bearing wall and needed to carry the load of the entire back of the house with the beam.

he wanted to raise 5 million for the operation.. and he wanted to use another property we co owned .. but he ran the models at the all time high of blueberry prices.. 1.50 a pound or so.. got them planted and by the time the harvest came in the blueberries were only selling for 60 to 80 cents a pound..
