Thankyou Daray, I definitely dont plannon giving up at all I just got a membership for my local REI Association, I dont mind working hard at all especially if its for myself!

I read through the membership package + FAQ, what's the cost of a trip fee?

I would suggest a podcast with Leslie would be good for a portion of your membership that has reached the stage in their REI and life where they don't want the hassle of PM or even dealing with professional PM but just want to hold their principal and make a reasonable ROI.  

1- Brokers will find you anyway :)), but just go main ones like Long and Foster , KW, Remax etc... talk to them, see what they offer, choose one2- As a realtor you get those numbers through your memberships, buy using MLS, you willbe able to see trendsChoose a brokerage that can help you create a network, creating a network will be a key feature in the future.And ask questions here and help othersGood Luck!!!

And only offering it to Pro's would probably boost the PRO membership.

From my past research I found that securities laws did not address LLC memberships specifically.

Some people pay for books, tapes, mentors, seminars or forum memberships.

Imagine that :) this deal alone paid for my Pro membership a couple times over (more shameless BP promotion, but glad I did it) @Brandon Turner   @Joshua Dorkin ;)Some wholesalers, including myself before this deal, believe that in order for MLS wholesale deals to happen you need to be licensed, have deep pockets, have your hands in someone else's pockets, or have an insane realtor willing to commit professional suicide spamming out 100s of low ball offers every week to get wholesale MLS deals.

As such, by giving first here on BP, you will eventually receive by the membership buying your product, service, or doing business with you in some fashion.I certainly hope that this thread becomes a guide and lesson to us all on the best approach to receiving for yourself here on BP Nation.- Will Barnard
