i’m interested in a property about 30 minutes away from me and i know a part of this particular city is beautiful and the other is quite dangerous so i’m looking for a way to “vet” the area. thanks in advance!

The property has look Danger or worth a shot??

Here's the law (emphasis added by me):460.100: Duty of Owner(s) of Residential Premises (B) Whenever any residential premises containing dangerous levels of lead in paint, plaster or other accessible structural material undergoes a change of ownership and as a result a child younger than six years old will become or will continue to be a resident therein, the new owner shall have 90 days after becoming the owner to obtain a Letter of Full Compliance or a Letter of Interim Control, except that if a child younger than six years old who is lead poisoned resides therein, the owner shall not be eligible for interim control, unless the Director grants a waiver pursuant to 105 CMR 460.100(A)(3).

As more realtors use Facebook marketplace, there's fewer for sale by owners there and many "listed" properties.

They have lost fewer jobs than any other popular investment market shown by the chart below. 

Is it common to have fewer boilers/furnace supporting entire building or one always prefers to have a separate boiler and furnace for each unit?

The reason that isn't quite as easily done in my area is that the number of cleaning companies is far fewer than you'd hope (less than 10 who can handle my houses) - and after a few days of 20 people staying in a place, the garbage is 20-30 bags.

It's kinda dangerous to install if you don't know what your doing.

The surrounding streets are cordoned off as it’s simply too dangerous to have traffic flow when masses of children are in the streets.
