We are also going to outsource a few of the items which took most of our time and energy, so we can concentrate on the important finishes.  

Some advice will tell you that 100% concentration in one asset class be it real estate or stocks is too risky and to diversify.

- There are other external concerns that I have i.e. state budget shortfalls, too much concentration in one job sector (ex. tech), running out of water situation, earthquakes, fires, etc., any thoughts on how others navigate this?
