Fellow Investors, I am working on getting my first rental under my belt and am in the process of shopping for a Stackable Washer & Gas Dryer to put into the rental unit.I am looking for a stackable unit that is low maintenance and hopefully built to last.  

If you push hard enough, you could get a couple deals under your belt and be onto syndicating in no time, without the masters.

I'm debating if I should assume a full tear out of the basement bathroom will be necessary - in which case, I'd install a more "belt-and-suspenders" sewage ejection pump (may limit noise generation and risk of sewage back-ups) - and if this is the best path forward, than I'd have to negotiate a pretty substantial price-cut with the Seller.  

I'm wondering if it is worth it to spend time on that now or wait until we have a few more SFH transactions (and cash) under our belt. 

I had to install a seat-belt wearing a hard-hat because I was falling out of my chair so much!  

I change furnace filters every 3 months, oil the motor and blower if it needs it and repair when something fails.

Yes, I am looking to connect with people who are actively participating or involved with a few deals under their belt. 

Definitely a good option to add to an investors tool belt.
