You are reading it correctly, make sure it applies to everyone, their might be a clause that states, this applies if the deed is conveyed by the developer

That was a good one, everyone could see them, parked in between them, but if I did not have a fresh coat of reflective line paint on before the reinspect, I would have to get permits from the city and have a contractor with a license and bond with the county apply them.

(This has to do with the marketing side only and does not apply to the actual funding) It still qualifies as Network Marketing which is why people think its an MLM program, but again because is only has 1-2 tiers it is not the case.
