I do like that idea.I was already thinking of including a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall to give it an edge (it's a trend that student rentals include one in the area).Do you usually include all the utilities in one bill?

Fair enough.I am sickened when I see the predators out there who have TV shows on A&E and HGTV partnering with scam "education" companies. 

I see that the author chose probably the most heart-wrenching example he could find to make his point.The story would have fallen apart if he had written about the family that bought a $4000 TV and therefore couldn't pay the rent.Of the Section 8 housing people I have had as renters, I had one that managed their household well.

Before that happens, find a local sewer line cleaning company that serves the investor business (hint - they aren't the ones advertising on TV).

I even wrote off taxes some of my common area furniture expenses (TV, couch, etc.).

When renting to travelers or students it must be fully furnished and include all ultilities, internet and TV.

If you called the 3 companies that run radio and TV ads, chances are they are all going to be overcharging you.

Think Cable TV, internet, phones....everyone does it.  

., TV commercials, radio ads, do pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.
