I don’t care if they’re watching Oprah or cooking supper, I’m not flushing income if I don’t have to.

Retirement communities, that are basically congregational housing arrangements (see link attached) are more for active seniors that still live independently, but want the convenience of having meals cooked, rooms cleaned, etc.

Podcasts are a tremendous wealth of knowledge,  and the beauty of them is that you can learn while doing mundane rasks like laundry, or  cooking dinner.!

Zillow is going to be as general as general gets and if you are in Chicago / Cook County you need a more specific lease agreement that protects you better.I'd probably start with a savvy agent like @Eudith Vacio, @Paul De Luca, or Account Closed they will all know awesome attorneys and pm's to help you out.

@Brandon Cook  does not exist in the real world its only on facebook and BP so scam people out of up front due diligence fee's  .. or some other kooky story they tell...

Also you should get a contract before the following:1) A wedding gift: They are required to send a thank you note and a Christmas card2) Nephews Birthday present: Should be required to call with a "thank you"and dog sit on a future weekend3) Mother asking you to come over for Dinner: She shall be required to sign a contract that she will be making the "Coconut Pineapple upside down cake"4) Elderly neighbor shoveling snow and you help: Should be required to sign a contract that they will wave every time you pass and inform everyone walking a dog that you are a "standup guy"5) Wife makes dinner: Should have you sign a contract that you will be doing dishes every time she cooks.6) A contract should be written stating who is tracking and paying mileage out of their paycheck for doctor visits as well as if she needs to help your parents, siblings, childhood friend and expected compensation.

Like some have said on here, it's more about actual qualities: cleanliness, pays on time, excessive use of common space vs I stay in my room mostly, introverts vs extroverts, does someone like to cook a lot (they better clean too!)
