What best practices would you recommend for networking and building a pipeline?

short-term and vacation destinations are in general is most profitable but is most vulnerable at times like now.many places have 30 day minimum restrictions and that trend will continueSo yes corporate rentals are by far the best combo but you may need to do your own marketing/networking to get corporate clients.since i do this as a side gig, I needed to be more passive so I let Airbnb and VRBO do all the marketing for me.  

I have a wide professional network of high income earners who do not do anything with their money and I have already started the vetting process of talking to some of them... mostly randomly at kids' birthday parties.

I think there is a pretty wide range of new construction per foot prices.

Growing my network is vital for me at this moment in time. 

Also, would like to meet up anyone in the  area to just talk and network. 

I want to follow the BRRRR strategy  and self manage while I am here and work to set in place good management before returning to CO.Like I said I just got out here a week ago and am just starting to network and learn the area.
