They did tour the house twice before moved in last week.

One of them even offers bus tours where they help you run numbers on properties and walk you through homes to show you what to look for.

I just found it interesting - there are a lot of turnkey guys in Memphis (many here on BP) - though I do not know if they have the $500 deal.I think some of the companies fly in investors, drive them around in buses, and sell them deals - similar to the Bus Tours from China buying props in SoCal.

Lastly, while I don't plan on moving to any of your investment areas anytime soon, I would love to fly out there and take a tour like what Travis did.As always, thanks for sharing your experiences Rich.Glenn

My coworker used it last minute to tour Europe with her daughter and she loved it.

Costs $100 for 25 photos and a virtual tour and they always look amazing (so long as the homeowner follows staging advice)

One thing I do that has helped me a lot in my screening is include a video tour of the property on you tube (me walking through the property, pointing out the features).

You know, we've looked at a lot of units and even on a first tour the tenants will tell you all about any problems with the unit.

Since then Ive had dozens of calls but only 2 people have shown up for a tour of the property and 4 people have asked for an application.

Doing another open house tonight and this weekend.....but my inquires have dropped like a hot rock....posting up 9 day now....have over 1k views...70 inquires the first 6 days.....about 14 groups toured house......3 apps.....and now the views and inquiries have really dried up....almost none in the last 72 hours...... is this because its beginning of month and if you were moving, you did it already?
