Hi @Mike Wrenn -  You are using a very common tactic trying to make the victims look like the bad people. 

I think your pitch here is focused on the uniqueness of the situation and on the growing pains associated with an emerging industry, not to mention the questionable tactics from airbnb.

So people could have gone on their phone and looked up their disclaimer.Just based on their sales tactics and what they said they were going to teach; I knew it would be useless for me even if what they offered was true.

I have done the same tactic with commercial properties as well.

It's a sales tactic that has worked well over the decades, give people a scape goat then sell the cure and the cure is always "just give us all the power and control, don't worry we are good guys, we only want to take care of you".
