Sometimes they go down to 1.1 but that's a stretch.

The numbers look like they would stretch you a bit, i'd hate for you to get into this deal and worst case scenario, the bank calls the due on sale clause and you are out of a house and have wasted money...

Provided you meet all those criteria, two shouldn't be a stretch.

Many of the wall sockets don’t work at all, and some are also “stretched out” where plugs wont stay in them…I have never seen that before.
