Managing a rental is very much strategy, what improvements can you make that the other condos don't have that can't boost your numbers, does your property have amazing design, 5-star service, guidebooks to the condo and area, plus carefully planned marketing.

Househacking is constantly praised on BP, not to say that it isn't great, but for my situation it seems like the stars really have to align.

I have a few rental properties in other states and am particularly interested in learning about the multifamily market here in the Fairbanks North Star Borough.
