The report should be ready inside of 24 hours, about 30-40 pages on an average size home, with lot's a good pictures, arrows pointing at issues and easy to understand both for the buyer and the seller and their agents without additional explaination.The report is to be factual and not speculative, which sounds obvious.The toughest thing for an inspector to say is that there is very little wrong with the house and ask for a paycheck for "finding nothing".
