The quoted statements point the finger at others. 

I fold the wad the tenant gives me over my finger and count it out loud in front of the tenant, "Ten, twenty, thirty, yeah, yeah, bring it, seventy, oh mamma, ninety..."

Your take(s) so far are based on the concept that Government is 'not all that bad' , but you fail to recognize that Government should not be involved in, or taxing most of the stuff it has it's finger's in anyway.....WADR :-)

I don't think they need to hit the 1% rule with current interest rates being so low though.Having said all that, I don't think the quadplexes are anywhere near a home run, but I think they should pay for themselves and leave a little leftover... but mostly I have an itchy trigger finger right now. 

Currently our 5th property management company is doing a good job, so fingers crossed.

Those who aren't extremely wealthy (100mil+) shouldn't rush to point the finger at hypothetical policies such as these.
