Most judgement awards are because the Defendants like, alter documents and do other stupid things.About 15 years ago there was two separate lawsuits in two different states and the judges for both lawsuits said, "there is no conclusive evidence that mold is harmful to your health, in any way".Maybe that is hard to believe, but there is as many as 50 different types of mold in the air around you every day and mold has been around since the beginning of time.

If you win a judgement in court, it be hard to collect from someone with bad credit, cause they would careless, but with somone with good credit, they wouldn't want a judgement on their credit and would most likely pay.
