I've used STDB.com for years to look at:a) Population sizeb) Population Growth/Declinec) Average income per capita in a target range of 3 milesd) Education levels in target arease) Several other factors related to commercial statisticsIt's a paid membership site but worth every penny if you're trying to drill down the exact kind of area and population target for your acquisitions.

I found it in a Subto membership Discord channel where fellow community members can post deals they are selling.

Also please note that I am not looking to do any alterations to the property except trivial ones (like fixing a leak), so apartments, gymnasium, etc are not on the table.

Anyways I'm avoiding any FREE lists, and List source doesn't seem to have tax, probate, or code violations as an option unless there is a special membership program that List Source provides that I don't know about.

A lot of people seem to be showing interest in it & I'm sure Keyspire is going to get at least half of attendees to purchase the package deal.What I want to know is if any of you have done these type of full on memberships with companies and spent 15K, 20K, 35K etc to be a part of networks like this and if you feel it's worked for you?
