I just finished phase I of a small Townhome development.

Once you buy one, you will get better at each phase.  

Thanks for the response Max - I looked thru the lease and there is no such thing - there is a clause for grounds of termination of tenancy but that does not mention anything about notice period. 

Now that is not to say you cannot find deals on Loopnet and its a great resource to find boots on the ground.

Before we even close escrow, you're already breaking ground on the next project.Yes, we all know that is the best case scenario.

I transplanted to Detroit from California.  I continue to work in the tech industry while divesting more and more into the Detroit market.  Closing on my first deal, with two to three more to follow by the end of this...

I am demoing a historic brick building and I only need them to pick up the bricks off the ground and stack it on a pallet.

The advertisements here have been pretty sporadic, I think because only three of the thirty-one routes will impact us.That said, I have seen no action from our HOA, but we are also in a transitional phase given the age of the neighborhood.It's probably about time to grass roots it... but I have no experience in this area, so going to have to lean on the experience of others.
