It doesn't need to be fancy but it needs to be clean, functional, and within walking distance of campus.  

This was not a fancy property, but it was in a great area and neighborhood.  

I seriously doubt the new fancy high-rise is your competition at all...

Many people get that first job, that steady salary, and they blow it on partying or buying their first fancy car.

I don't fancy myself a developer because this is more than I want to bite off and chew right now.

With hundreds of people joining each month at $20k per person, the hundreds of millions of dollars should be invested into paying customers- not a fancy office and inexperienced staff that are probably getting paid minimum wage or low hourly rates.

I would dress well and drive Uber/Lyft as I was working digitally as a realtor.
