I keep reading everywhere that wholesaling is a great way to get into real estate, then I read its an illegal shady business that turns desperate individual victims.

He is very desperate and tired of dealing with the bank, as the bank seems to not even want to talk to him, because they only want to talk with the person, who signed mortgage.
