@Victoria Hartley-  if you havent  already  closed  -  get pre approved for a loan ....without  financing - you wont be able to  purchase it  ( unless you are   a  100% cash buyer ) ...if you have  already  closed  on the deal -  get the  property  furnshed / get  keyless  locks  installed  / get   proper rental  insurance in place /   get  details and  procedures  of  the steps  needed  to add  onto the  AIRBNB system
