If you are renting to city aid tenants, you will need to become reasonably well versed in evictions.

It's a short term Band-Aid that usually helps middle-upper class long term tenants, not the truly poor/needy.

Most traveling medical professionals are working for one of the big companies such as Medical Solutions, Aya Healthcare, or one of their subsidiaries.

As a band aid solution for this tenant I would tell them they need to get a money order made out to you and deposit it into your bank.

I give them a form that must be completed by their healthcare provider.

A local landlord tenant legal aid organization may help them.
