Someone mentioned the increasing cost of electricity as a scare tactic.

Then before dealing with another buyer, you take a look at the list to see which ones are low-ball price tactics and which ones actually need your attention.

Doubtful that they'll be taking off with my fridge...What tactics do you use to make sure that doesn't happen or gets noticed when it does? 

It's really not an area for newbies to figure out some wholesaling tactic. 

I agree they don't use high pressure tactics.

I'm sure no BP member would ever stoop to such tactics ;) Seriously though, do you think the market has become so saturated that these people are just desperately scouring the planet for anything just hoping for a bite?
