Rent collection is great as you can automate everything (including reminder emails, late fees, etc). and the reporting and accounting side of things is thorough (ability to integrate bank feeds, create reports, give access to your CPA, etc). 

I still think that Stessa is much better for the price (free) than those expensive integrated solutions.

If it has Zelle integration, that's even better!.
