I mean, the landlord has the key to the renter's home and could theoretically enter at any time.Personally, if I ever rented again, I'd want to see my landlord's good credit report and no criminal record.

also there are some pretty strong laws on the books in CA OR and WA about this type of predatory transaction I would for sure consult with an attorney and get to know the statutues regarding foreclosure rescue before going into this thinking there are no laws its heavy fines . and criminal if you do to much of it.
