planted first trees and running bamboo in parents' backyard at around 12 years old.looking back, in the bigger picture, trees were best early investment ever; wheras the bamboo, kinda bad! 

I didn't expect to make a deal out of every call, but now the seed  is planted and I am taking action.  

last year i found 27 pot plants about 2ft tall in the crawl space under a house .

When they are selected, one issue is to look up the sale and verify the terms of the sale, this is often done with the closer/title plant/listing broker as they all have the file.
