How many people of thousands to throw at attorneys to defend property rights?

The contract/sale was never recorded on the deed.For those wanting the horror story on how I got into this Contract for Deed, here you go....Had all 5 properties rented, 2 two people I knew personally.

Doesn't have fancy jets and a spa, but it's nice and fits 6 people.   

That's not worth it.So many people push investors to borrow against their equity, borrow from grandma, borrow, borrow, borrow!

Not to be rude, but it's my experience, that if people dont absolutely love building they won't be good tradesmen.If its learning flipping as a whole, I'd start with J.
