@William Davis In all seriousness, if you do actually have an awesome product/service/business idea, then your level of stoke about it is AWESOME.

I know of mortgage products for example that will allow you to look at the income being generated from the property itself (don't care about W2, tax returns, etc).

If you think about it, you are providing a product to your tenant.
