Also, we have not been able to connect/integrate even my current accounting software (QB online); even with the help of RTD customer service.   

Rent collection is great as you can automate everything (including reminder emails, late fees, etc). and the reporting and accounting side of things is thorough (ability to integrate bank feeds, create reports, give access to your CPA, etc). 

I still think that Stessa is much better for the price (free) than those expensive integrated solutions.

If it has Zelle integration, that's even better!.

And tenant screening is integrated and simple once you have an application.

I had been using Stessa but I would not recommend that.If you are looking for property management and accounting then you may want to consider RentRedi (free with BP Pro) and they directly integrate with REI hub.When I looked into Buildium and Yardi for both management and accounting I felt like their accounting was lacking and they were expensive for what they are.

Property managers that are vertically integrated and have their own handymen, cleaners etc on payroll. 4).
