My big gripe about the info product marketing people is that, essentially, they are teachers and not deal makers.

Leases in our area address not smoking pot indoors, other ways to use it if indoors, etc (as it is medicine here).

@Shawn HydeI do not think the lien in FL will give you the right of possession but f you are worried re trouble makers, you might want to acquire any that are outstanding.

I'm the coffee guy - I happen to make an great cup of coffee considering I'm using "party perk" type coffee makers.

(Frankly, I plan to make RE investing my full-time work, but until then I have a family of 5 to support!)

A bad smell that you can control - such as the delicate aroma of an indoor cat who misses the cat box, isn't a deal breaker. 

It is horribly frustrating to waste my time everyday looking at potential "Money Makers" that are advertised and half of the base prices are $20,000 over the comps, not including the way under-priced remodel it needs.

Took the ice tray from the freezer's ice maker, took the sink stoppers and an ironing board holder from the hallway and cut a screen on one of the Windows.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electric due to the reduced natural light and people being indoors more.
