Get a thicker skin and get rid of your entitlement mentality - accusing the seller of blackmail and being unethical when you defaulted on the contract won't sit well w/ other investors.    

I've attended four auction.com Courthouse steps sales and it's dominated by the same three to four people buying 10+ homes a piece, with girls sitting at a temporary table with laptops handling the funding.

But im trying to figure out if I actually have to sit in a classroom or can I do it online seeing how I have a full time job and 3 girls at home it would be a tad bit inconvenient for me to go to school.

In fact, to address the accusation you make of me about not wanting to spend money, I'm not sure where that came from as I have no dealing with you. 

... they have a person that does aquisitions (buys properties) for them and they have a person that does dispositions (sells properties) for them. since you want your job to be related to real estate, i would ask the person that answers the phone that you want to talk to the aquisitions guy/girl and dispositions guy/girl.

I still keep up with doing repairs once in a while like last week when the girls had gone home for holiday and turned off the heat, did I say this is Kansas.
