Congrats on the kiddos and the finances.These "I have money" posts all end up with the same "invest with me" or "follow my bias strategy" replies...and we don't even have information on the OP's goals and abilities.And cash is not king in this market...deal flow is.The typical path for busy high net worth investors is to work with professionals...RIA/broker, NNN, syndications.

I personally agree with @Kate Stephens on Grand Rapids, even though i might ave some bias:) It is a very diverse area in industry and social aspects. there are also a few other emerging markets withing an hour of GR (Muskegon & Kalamazoo) that may be worth a look in the near future, Just my 2 cents
