Filling up pools in the backyard or having more people live there than they told you etc but then again in most cases you can just resolve that between you and the tenant.Thanks for the insight … yea it’s minimal, my units don’t have a washing machine, dish washer or a pool for that matter.

They drive to the gym....then get on the stair machine and/or do walking or running exercises.

Hi there , I have a problem with a unit where we should not have included a washer drying machine and it broke down and would like to see what recommendations you have.
