I reached the higher rents by increasing the bottom unit from $650 to $849 and turning the top unit into a furnished rental- catering to traveling nurses. ($1495) The other bottom unit was secured by a long term tenant at $750/ month What was the outcome?

I do think there's more demand for smaller MTRs -- 2br, maybe 3br that two traveling nurses or a couple that's remote working would use.

You can get in touch with traveling nurse companies or insurance companies directly or you can look at CHBO, furnished finder, or Gypsy Travel Nurse. 

But the Cleveland Clinic is building new hospitals, which means more nurses, medical techs, ambulance drivers, orderlies - people who RENT and are in a stable industry. 

It would be to target travel nurses which there is a strong demand for in this area.

A Furnished finders listing could capture contract workers / travel nurses / telecommuters / relo’ing families on your off peak season.

I hope the same for myself since I have a stable nurse W2 position and 740+ credit.

Whatever...On the other hand, my other applicant is a single nurse with 3 girls.

Original owner is an elderly gentleman that was placed in a nursing home, so I don't think he is worried about purchasing another home or his debt to income ratio.
