So, there's an art to making sure you nip it in the bud, if you do think you want to spring for the garage opener now, in order to keep a great tenant.

I have family in the local arts and music community, family in the medical community, family who work in shipping and industry, and family who work in the downtown business district.

My degrees are in art (video production) and in science (biology), so they will be of little help to me in this arena.

Great beer, cool bars and restaurants, decent art scene, all the major sports teams, friendly people, hip neighborhoods galore, legal pot, 300 days of summer and oh, the mountains are right there.

It’s a bit like collecting fine art; a limited supply of desirable jewels that an ever growing coterie of new wealth wants under their belts. 

I started performing with them, toured to about 15 different countries and while we were on the road we would stop at schools and teach the kids of the community about music and theatre and then put on a show to raise money for the school's music and arts program.

many times when a trainer/guru refer to "no money down" they are referring to the art of wholesaling or seller financing(owner carries a note) or using private money(money from someone who is willing to invest in your deal) or doing a J/V(joint venture) where you find the deal, they fund it, you refinance it, then pay them off.
