I don't think it's a bad deal, per se, but it also isn't one I would be interested in, especially if I'm buying it from someone I don't have any history or track record with.  

I do know that Asheville offers some things other areas of the Southeast don't, and is expected to grow a little faster than the rest of the SE as a result.

For example: 2105 SE 2ND TER, CAPE CORAL, FL 33990.

I'm in se houston and always on the lookout for new homes to acquire.

We are going to continue targeting multifamily in the SE Michigan area and are excited to continue strengthening the partnerships we have in place.

However, the cabin market in Hochatown, and SE Oklahoma in general, cannot be looked at in a vacuum.

I'm partial to the SE part of town - basically a few pockets here and there around Harry/Woodlawn to about a half/3/4 mile west then south to Pawnee/I35Then close to Rock Road on east.  

Not investors per se, but more of the people that have rental properties more by accident than design. 

And, we’ve done it all as long distance investors from SE Asia where we serve impoverished families in our clinic.
