Slightly higher.Statistically it is a fact that having a gun increases the odds of accidental shooting and suicide by gun.Statistically fewer tenants die from collecting stamps or reading a book.Tenants die I just don't like having to deal with the mess created by a bullet to the head.

I literally lost my shirt in the early 90's, in which the RE bubble popped in response to the S&L crisis, and the Resolution Trust took back all of the property, as I was hungry, not seasoned as an investor so I over leveraged and only invested for equity gains, not cash flow.
